Coding Lofi · Night is operated by WYSAMM LLC, an independent media company registered in Yerevan, Armenia (TIN 08222398). This policy explains what information Coding Lofi · Night collects when you watch on a connected-TV platform, and how it is used.

What we collect

Coding Lofi · Night is a free, ad-supported (AVOD) streaming channel. We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email, or contact details. The connected-TV platform you watch on (for example Roku) provides us with limited, non-identifying technical and advertising data so the channel can play and be supported by ads.

• A resettable advertising identifier (such as Roku RIDA), which you can reset or limit in your device settings.
• Device type, app version, and coarse playback diagnostics (buffering, errors).
• Coarse, non-precise location at the country/region level for ad compliance.

Advertising

Ads on Coding Lofi · Night are served and monetized through the Adbustr SSP. Ad partners may use your platform advertising identifier to measure and frequency-cap ads. You can enable “Limit Ad Tracking” in your TV platform’s privacy settings to opt out of personalized advertising.

Processors

We use a small set of service providers to deliver the channel: Mux (video streaming), Vercel (web hosting), Cloudflare (content delivery), and your connected-TV platform (such as Roku) for distribution and ad framework. Each processes data only to provide its service.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Because Coding Lofi · Night does not collect identifying personal data, there is typically no profile to access or delete. If you believe we hold data about you, or wish to exercise a privacy right under the GDPR, the CCPA, or a similar law, contact ab@adbustr.com.

Children

Coding Lofi · Night is a general-audience channel and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
